ChapterPanion is an AI-powered platform that provides book analysis and personalized learning paths. The Service allows users to upload books, receive AI-generated summaries and insights, and access personalized learning recommendations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit to the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Upload copyrighted material without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

6. Subscription and Payment

7. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content
  • ChapterPanion does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content

9. Disclaimers

ChapterPanion does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAPTERPANION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChapterPanion, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
